Diese Website verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten grundsätzlich nur, soweit dies zur
Bereitstellung einer funktionsfähigen Website sowie der angebotenen Inhalte erforderlich ist.
Eine darüber hinausgehende Verarbeitung erfolgt nur auf Grundlage einer gesetzlichen

3. Server-Logfiles
Der Hosting-Anbieter (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA)
erhebt und speichert automatisch Informationen in sogenannten Server-Logfiles,
die Ihr Browser automatisch übermittelt. Dies sind:
- Browsertyp und Browserversion
- Verwendetes Betriebssystem
- Referrer-URL
- Hostname des zugreifenden Rechners
- Uhrzeit der Serveranfrage
- IP-Adresse (anonymisiert nach spätestens 24 Stunden)
Eine Zusammenführung dieser Daten mit anderen Datenquellen wird nicht vorgenommen.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der
technisch fehlerfreien Darstellung und Optimierung der Website).
Drittlandtransfer: Cloudflare verarbeitet Daten auch in den USA.
Grundlage sind die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC) gemäß Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO.

4. Einbindung von Font Awesome (CDN)
Diese Website verwendet Icons des Dienstes Font Awesome (Fonticons, Inc., bereitgestellt
über das Cloudflare-CDN, cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Beim Laden der Seite wird eine Verbindung
zu Servern von Cloudflare hergestellt, wobei Ihre IP-Adresse übertragen werden kann.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der
einheitlichen Darstellung von Inhalten). Die Übertragung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage
der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO).
5. Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail kontaktieren, werden die übermittelten Daten (Ihre E-Mail-Adresse
sowie ggf. Ihr Name und Ihr Anliegen) zum Zweck der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verarbeitet.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) bzw.
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen).
Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage abschließend bearbeitet ist und keine
Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen (i. d. R. nach 6 Monaten).
6. Speicherung im Browser (localStorage)
Diese Website speichert Ihre Sprachauswahl im lokalen Speicher (localStorage) Ihres

- Nome host del dispositivo di accesso
- Ora della richiesta al server
- Indirizzo IP (anonimizzato entro 24 ore al massimo)
Questi dati non vengono incrociati con altre fonti di dati.
Base giuridica: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (interesse legittimo alla fornitura tecnicamente
corretta e all'ottimizzazione del sito web).
Trasferimento verso Paesi terzi: Cloudflare tratta dati anche negli USA.
La base è costituita dalle Clausole Contrattuali Standard dell'UE (SCC) ai sensi

In caso di contatto via e-mail, i dati trasmessi (indirizzo e-mail, eventualmente nome e
richiesta) vengono trattati esclusivamente al fine di elaborare la richiesta. Base giuridica:
Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (misure precontrattuali) o Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (interesse legittimo
a rispondere alle richieste). I dati vengono cancellati una volta evasa completamente la
